La’Torria Lemon, President of Celebs Give Back- Houston Chapter
La’Torria Lemon is the owner and operator of Lemon-Lime Light Media, a public relations boutique that works out of both Houston, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia. Through her company, La’Torria has represented Mrs. Georgia Globe 2014, Bobby Valentino, hit Oprah Winfrey Network reality show “Houston Beauty,” Restless Style Teen Magazine, cast members of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, talent from ABC Network, Mathew Knowles of the Music World Artist Showcase, various Award Shows and countless on-air talent for Radio One Atlanta.
La’Torria’s career began during her undergraduate studies at Clark Atlanta University where she worked with 135th Street Publicity Agency and The Haute Behavior Group. While partnering with those companies, La’Torria had the privilege to work with Essence Magazine and AllHipHop.com. She also coordinated events for the BET Hip Hop Awards, TV One and WE tv’s “That Girl” and “Braxton Family Values,” respectively, the motion picture Jumping the Broom and TNT’s “Hawthorne.” LaTorria has successfully implemented campaigns for Signature Sipz, BEAUTY Mentoring Organization, and is the Houston Coordinator for the largest Christmas Campaign, #HoustonGivesBack with Celebs Give Back, Glen Davis of The Los Angeles Clippers, The City of Houston, The City Wide Club, Ashley Stewart's Loving My Curves Tour-Houston, and a host of celebrities, brands, and non-profits.
Trinelle Thomas, Vice President of Celebs Give Back- Houston Chapter
Trinelle Thomas is a global marketing and publicity expert who has been connecting people and products through her entire career.
Equipped with 15 years of experience in marketing, media, building sales and managing accounts; Trinelle uses her expansive network to empower professionals with the tools they need to increase clientele and connect with vendors. However, her real life passion lies in working in the entertainment industry. Her venture into the entertainment industry began in 2012 when she successfully casted talent for such shows as Sweet Retreat, Chicago Fire, and Revolution.
Eager to share her talents and resources with others, Trinelle successful started her own company called The NGE Agency. She has successful built clients such as models, authors, fashion designers and NFL players. A natural connector, she is willing to go above and beyond for her clients.
She holds her Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing, Management and attended Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska.

Ruby Glass is a well-rounded Business Professional excited about the gains and opportunities for growth and development in the 21st Century. She is a long-time Community Activist and Visionary, promoting movements, mentoring young leaders and spearheading efforts to engage those inspired to rise. Being a single parent at a young age exposed her to challenges and struggles that taught her how to build from the ashes of despair and reach for something higher in life. That inspiration pushed her to start Prosperity House International LLC, a business and financial consulting firm geared toward educating communities about Business Start Ups, Community Involvement, Career Success, Financial Security and Investments. A true believer, Ms. Glass continues to serve her fellow man in professional, civic, religious and social capacities to encourage all to aspire to that “Next Level” in their lives.
Sarni Jaye, Director of Communications and Public Affairs
Sarni Jaye received her B.S. in Journalism from the prestigious Medill School of Journalism and her master's degree from the University of Houston. She combined her media expertise with her desire to help people grow, entering a field where both skills are essential--PR and brand development. She has worked with brands featured on top media outlets such as Oprah and helped them to further expand their value, recognition and reach. Sarni loves helping clients identify their passions, develop those passions into compelling brands, and deliver those brands to the world.
Britney Turner- Community Relations Director
Britney Ra’Shel Turner, was born March 10, 1987, in Houston Texas to the proud parents of Robert Turner and Betty Branch. Britney received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Radio, TV, and Film with a minor in English from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. Britney is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in International Business -Global Human Resources concentration, where she plans to take the knowledge learned and apply it to her business and toward her law degree. Britney has served as Vice president, community service and fundraiser chair, and special events coordinator for several non-profit organizations.
Michelle Whitehead- Liaison for CGB Houston
Louisiana native Michelby “Coco” Whitehead began her career in communications upon graduating from Nicholls State University with a B.A. in public relations. In 2008, she served as the online communication coordinator for the grassroots organization ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now), in which she played a major role in the national headquarters’ crisis management campaign. A true media maven, Michelby is a publicist, freelance writer, and a blogger. Today, she is the proud founder and CEO of Chocolate PR, a boutique public relations firm the gets clients big results.
